Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

All returns are subject to verification and approval.

• Temperature-sensitive products

• Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products once unsealed

3. Refund Process

• Raise a request at support@mmenterprisesindia.com within 7 days.

• Include your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment mode.

• For replacements, products will be dispatched immediately after approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
